Mahabharat Never Ended // What Really Happened After the War?

Aftermath of the Mahabharata: Unraveling the Untold Chapters Beyond the War

After 18 long days of fierce battle in Mahabharata, the Pandavas had almost reached victory after killing all the Kauravas. Then, in fear of his death, Duryodhan went somewhere and hid. The Pandavas found him there and Bheem fought with him to keep his promise. But Bheem was unable to defeat Duryodhan. And then, Shri Krishna gave him the signal to attack Duryodhan's leg. Bheem attacked Duryodhan's leg with all his might. And Duryodhan fell there. Many people believe that this is where the Mahabharata war ended. After which the Pandavas ruled Hastinapur for 36 years. In the end, the Pandavas and Shri Krishna left the earth and the Kalyug began. But this story was not so simple. After the Mahabharata war, many such incidents took place, from which many unspoken secrets are still connected. You will yearn for death, Duryodhan. Because of this curse, Duryodhan did not die even after that dangerous attack on his leg. He was lying there on that battlefield, in pain. After a while, the Pandavas returned. Then, looking for him, Ashwathama reached there. Seeing his friend Duryodhan in this condition, Ashwathama got angry. And in anger, he took an oath. I will kill the Pandavas. Saying this, he went towards the Pandavas' camp. In the darkness of the night, he made a ruckus there. And there, he beheaded every Pandava and returned to Duryodhan. And he brought all those heads in front of Duryodhan. I killed the Pandavas. I killed the Pandavas. He said with pride. As soon as Duryodhan looked at those heads, his whole body trembled. These heads were not of five Pandavas, but of their five sons. Bheem is not the reason for my death. You are, Ashwathama. With these words, Duryodhan took his last breath. As soon as Duryodhan died, Sanjay's divine vision disappeared. The sun set and this 18-day long war ended. It is said that even after fighting for Dharma for Mahabharata, the Pandavas did not reach heaven. But how is this possible? After 36 years of war, Shri Krishna left his human form and returned to Vaikuntha. At that time, the Pandavas also handed over their entire kingdom to their grandson Parikshit. And on the day of his journey to heaven with his wife Draupadi, they left for the Himalayas. As they were moving forward, the ascent was getting more and more dangerous. One day, Draupadi slipped from one side of the mountain and fell into the abyss. Even though Draupadi had fulfilled all her duties, but even after being the wife of the five Pandavas, Draupadi loved Arjun more. And this became the reason for their end. After Draupadi, it was the turn of Sahadev and Nakul. The reason for their death was their pride. One was proud of his knowledge and the other was proud of his form. And then it was Arjun's turn, who was very proud of his skill. And this became the reason for their death. A few days later, Bheem also died. Bheem was very powerful, but he was very greedy about food. And that is why he could not complete this journey to heaven. Now Yudhishthir started moving forward alone in his journey. He followed the religion at all times in his life. Because of which he was able to complete this journey. And thus, only Yudhishthir was among the five Pandavas who reached heaven. But with the end of the Pandavas, a new disease had taken birth on this earth, which turned this world to its end. After the Pandavas, his grandson Parikshit's reign had begun in Hastinapur. It is believed that such a prophecy had been made that after the end of Krishna's avatar, the Kali Yuga would begin. On which the demon named Kali would rule. Kali had been trying to come to earth for a long time and make his place here. And then he met Parikshit. Parikshit was a great king. Once he went with his army to find out the state of the kingdom But on the way, he saw a very dangerous scene. Where a man was beating a cow and a bull badly with a stick. King Parikshit saw that the bull was only standing on one leg. Because the rest of his legs were already broken by that man. This bull was a symbol of religion. Its four legs represented penance, cleanliness, mercy and truth. By breaking its three legs, Kali had won over the three symbols of Dharma. And now only the truth was left. The cow he was beating was a symbol, Bhoomi Devi. After leaving the world of Lord Krishna, Bhoomi Devi was troubled by the burden of sin. Parikshit understood that that man was none other than Kali Asur Who is trying to kill Dharma and earth and spread his kingdom of darkness on earth. Parikshit picked up his sword and went ahead to kill Kali. As soon as he saw this, Kali Asur fell at his feet. Parikshit knew his bad intentions completely. He told him to go away from there. But Kali Asur was very cunning. He fell at Parikshit's feet and started begging him to give him some space to live here. After thinking a lot, Parikshit allowed him to live in five places. Gambling, alcohol, immorality, murder and gold. Wherever these things would be, Kali could only live there. Parikshit thought that this way the world would be saved from Kali's wrath. But Kali had come to rule the earth. He had come to spread evil and darkness everywhere. When Parikshit allowed him to stay in these five places, perhaps he did not know that slowly Kali would increase his influence with these five things. He started spreading his feet on earth. And started from here, Kal yug Parikshit stopped Kali from wreaking havoc in the whole world. But he could not stop his death. Despite his knowledge and power, his anger became the reason for the end of Raja Parikshit's life. One day, wandering in the jungle, Raja Parikshit reached Maharishi Samig's ashram. Rishi Muni was in deep meditation. And therefore, he did not know that Parikshit was there. Angry at Rishi Samig's misguidedness, Parikshit put a dead snake in his neck and left. Parikshit was completely unaware of the fact that his anger was going to hit him very hard. Some time later, Maharishi Samig's son, Shringi, went to meet his father. When he saw this dead snake in his father's neck, he was in a state of shock. Shringi cursed Raja Parikshit that from today, on the seventh day, if the snake bites, Raja Parikshit will die. When Parikshit found out about this curse, he was very sad. Now, the curse cannot be reversed. Parikshit accepted his fate. He made his son, Janam Jai, the king of Hastinapur. And he started waiting for his death. On the seventh day, the snake king, Takshak, reached Raja Parikshit's palace as a Brahmin. And he bit Raja Parikshit. In this way, Raja Parikshit died due to a curse due to his anger. But now, there is a new twist in this story. Janam Jai, after his father Parikshit's death, took over the throne of Hastinapur. Janam Jai knew the reason for his father's death. The fire of revenge had been ignited within him. And that's why he had decided that the snake king, along with Takshak, would kill the entire snake dynasty. To fulfill his intention, Janam Jai organized a snake ritual. A ritual that could destroy all the snakes in the world. At that time, a learned sage, Aastik Muni, told Janam Jai that this ritual could destroy all the snakes and destroy the balance of the world. Finally, Janam Jai agreed to the sage and stopped the ritual. And he also spared the life of the snake king, Takshak. This day was the fifth day of Shukla Paksha in the month of Shravan. Which we celebrate today as Nag Panchami. The war of Mahabharata had changed a lot. But the events that followed were just as important. Because the time we are living in today, the era we are living in, everything is connected to that time. What do you think?
